Description:

KIMEP is a 21st century dynamic and progressive institution offering North American credit based quality education in graduate and undergraduate programs, and is located in the attractive and cosmopolitan city of Almaty.

The Department of Economics under the College of Social Sciences invites applications from qualified candidates for the ranks of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor and Visiting Professor for the 2009-2010 academic year. KIMEP offers internationally competitive salary.

The areas of faculty needs are: Public Economics, Financial Economics, Applied Macroeconomics and Economic Development, Applied Microeconomics, Quantitative Economics and Econometrics

Requirements:

A Doctoral degree in Economics from an accredited Western university with appropriate teaching and research experience is required. The applicants are advised to submit the following documents:
